		<description>Wow, I just stumbled upon this.  I think I need to print it out and keep it in my purse or pocket.  I do basically no exercise right now - I think my main goal will be to step that up.  I'm using stickk.com and I'm supposed to be losing 0.7 lbs/wk to make my goal, but I just failed for the first time (my first week) - fortunately I only lost $2, and to a cause I support.  But maybe I should try to cancel the stickk.com contract and just eat intelligently and EXERCISE MORE.  In fact, I bet I will be happier this way.</description>
