I'm new to this blogging thing but I sure am learning about what not to do. You have already said it, but I don't think it can be said enough. No matter what your role in life, we all must work at creating balance in our lives. We all tend to schedule our work. perhaps the schedule should be reversed. Schedule the excercise and play time first and then fill in with the work you also love doing.

@ Amy: looking forward to reading your opinion on this.

Personally, I have decided to only publish 5 days a week instead of 7 days. It takes a lot of the pressure off and will enable me to have fun, stress-free weekends with family and friends.

@ Ann: the internet in general, and blogging in particular, have addictive properties. It is absolutely essential to keep your priorities straight. Now go make dinner. :)
