Feel I ought to dry the ripe mango pieces a little first, was looking for an idea of timing/oven temp etc. Any advice gratefully received!! Love the thread, am a great dessert fan - chocolate anything first, lemon meringue pie, anything with raspberries. then all the good old British puds!!
