Wow, Vered! No wonder you love California… it’s stunning

I think I mentioned before that I’ve been to California twice on two separate occasions when I did car tours of West USA.

These trips took in Arizona, Nevada, and California.

I toured round Los Angeles, Big Sur, Carmel, Monterey, San Francisco, Lake Tahoe… finishing up again 4 weeks later… after calling in on Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon and San Diego on the way.

I have to confess- I am a Californiaphile too!!

Beautiful color of the leaves! I’m officially envying you right now! I spent my weekend sunbathing at the coves here in Hawaii. But I do miss the winter cold and the changing of the seasons back in the mainland.

ah Vered, you can’t rub our noses in it. it’s 30 something degrees in NJ right now. I hate the cold and rather be some place warm. eventually we’ll pack it up, but right now we have to suffer. when the snow comes, i’ll be crying.

weekend was spent mostly in the house, trying to say warm.

It was hot here in Guam.
I had clinic on Saturday
Then two birthday parties.
Swam with the kids on Sunday.
Then burgers at our place on Sunday evening.

Would love a little cool air, autumn leaves and even wiping snow off the windshield right about now.

BTW- thanks for the advice regarding communities!
