This is not about being shallow. This is about meeting people on a common ground. It's no different than wanting to meet people with a shared interest. I think the problem is that the ENVY felt by you NORMIES (yes, that's what we call you when you're not around... get over it) is keeping you from understanding. Calling us "shallow" is just a way to make yourselves feel better about your own crummy looks. We beautiful people cannot be made to waste all this energy on you people who are just... well, not.... I'm sure you understand. Or actually, I'm sure you don't. HOWEVER, if it would make you feel better, all of you ugly people could maybe create a website of your own? That could be fun.

Hahahahaha.

Maybe if all of you made a little call to your local plastic surgeon, you could become one of us... but that would require a LOT of plastic surgery! Ew. I need to get off this website before all this unattractiveness makes me break out and get wrinkles.

Vered,
I have met a number of folks lately who just don't have depth - just beauty and I guess it scares my socks off that my youngest child, who is rather addicted to her looks, who has long term memory problems will get hooked up, and ripped off by more of these folks....
On the other hand, it is kind of nice that they are keeping the economy going with all their beauty needs.

So far my daughter usually ends up with friends who are more caring, but not usually until the other folks have used her in some way. She is Asian heritage, but not acting like she is, and never tells people that her folks are Caucasian heritage - this is always a shock. Her best compliment she feels she ever got is that she doesn't act anything Asian at all - she is the most American acting of the whole group.....
that one really amazed me because I find her thinking very surface and not interesting....it takes a lot of effort to get her to develop and opinion . Scary...
Maybe lots of these folks have a whole in their brains too?
