The Prostate Center
A professional medical organization, the Prostate Center was founded in 1994 in response to a growing need to address the health of the prostate and its surrounding glands. The Center is the only national organization focused solely on prostate health, including the treatment of prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia, and related conditions.
The Center has an extensive network of medical professionals and has established programs and clinical research programs designed to better understand prostate health and how to treat the symptoms and signs of the disease. Prostate Cancer Awareness Month is on the first Monday of September every year. The Prostate Center website has a lot of information for prostate cancer sufferers, their friends, and caregivers about how to live with the disease, and their options for support. I am a prostate cancer survivor and advocate for all patients with the disease. I have worked with more than 20 doctors and specialists on prostate cancer issues, and I have seen countless patients over the years. As a result, I have a very broad perspective on prostate cancer treatment and I can identify which treatments are likely to be the best and which treatments aren't the best. I am also the author of the best selling book, "Prostate Cancer and Your Future". The book is a thorough and practical guide to the health and prognosis of the disease.
